Mercantile Center expanded its building offerings with two new distribution centers, Mercantile Distribution Centers 16 and 17. Bob Moore Construction was general contractor and Hardy McCullah/MLM Architects was the architect for the project.

The two buildings offer a combined 319,300 SF of warehouse space. Mercantile Distribution Center 16 is 136,900 SF with 28 overhead dock doors for general receiving and shipping. Distribution Center 16 can be separated into sections for as many as six tenants. Mercantile Distribution Center 17 is 182,400 SF with 31 overhead dock doors. Distribution Center 17 can be separated into sections for as many as five tenants. Ceiling height for each building is 28 feet.

Mercantile Center expanded its building offerings with two new distribution centers, Mercantile Distribution Centers 16 and 17. Bob Moore Construction company was general contractor for these buildings.
